There are two units at Peace and Quiet, each sleeping up to eight guests. Guests enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, and air conditioning for hot summer days. Each of the two bedrooms include a full bed. Linens are provided.
There is a wrap around porch where guests can take their morning coffee, soaking in the warm weather. The large yard is delightful with outdoor seating and a propane grill. Grill up freshly caught fish and save on expensive restaurant bills.
The Attractions of Put-in-Bay
There is no end to fun activities on Put-in-Bay. From fishing to nightlife, the island is brimming with deluxe attractions. Located close to the Peace and Quiet is Perry’s Cave Family Fun Center. With a limestone cave, rock wall, a giant maze, and mini-golf, this is the perfect place to spend the day. The popular Goat Soup & Whiskey is right across the street for a more upscale dining experience.
The lake itself offers no end of fun times. You can learn to kayak or even go parasailing over the water. There is a public dock at nearby South Bass State Park.
Head into down Put-in-Bay to dine at one of the stellar restaurants or party at one of the many bars. Favorites include Frosty’s Bar and The Round House. Each one features an incredible line-up of live music all summer long.
The Boardwalk and The Keys provide the best setting for romantic dinners. Located right on the lake, couples can gaze out over the lake while dining on lobster bisque and key lime pie.
History buffs will love learning about the Battle of Lake Erie. During the War of 1812, Commodore Perry defended the US against the British from the banks of Put-in-Bay.
