After purchasing his West Shore home in 2005, Brad transitioned into island hospitality and residential development. His work includes the Bird’s Nest Resort, owned and operated with his wife, Angie, since 2015, the Banyan Cove Condos (Phase 2), residential development supporting year-round island living, and Joe’s Bar, one of Put-in-Bay’s most recognizable gathering places.
