Just around the corner from the main drag in downtown Put-in-Bay, the General Store is easy to find. There is a small lot out front for cars and golf carts. The Put-in-Bay Police Department and Town Hall are just across the street as is a liquor store.
This little pocket of Put-in-Bay has really exploded in the last 10 years. New favorites such as Mojito Bay, Hooligans, and the newly revamped Reel Bar are all new additions to downtown. The Old Forge is always a favorite for breakfast and lunch. The crepes are simply divine!

The General Store always carries hot dogs, burgers, and steaks for just such an occasion.
Breakfast is also a big deal on the island. The summer season can see some pretty late nights for some. Stock up on eggs, bacon, and biscuits and make the perfect hangover cure. Don’t forget the coffee!
Put together a lovely dinner for two. A big salad and hand cut steak bought at Island General Store is perfectly complemented by a bottle of wine purchased at Heinemans Winery.
